Shipping & Exchange Policy

1. We do not provide free shipping service, the actual shipping cost of each order is based on the shipping settlement amount of each order.

2. If items damaged and becomes unusable when the express arrives for inspection, you should refuse to sign on the spot and notify us to proof within 24 hours,otherwise we will not reissue the item.

3. For overseas customers, exchange should be made within 30 days after shipment.

4. Promotion items cannot be exchanged.

5. - If the value of the exchanged product is lower than the value of purchased product, the difference will not be refunded.

    - If the value of the exchanged product is higher than the value of the purchased product, customers need to paid for the difference.

6. All items must be returned new and unused.All shipping costs for the exchange shall be borne by the customer.
